If you ever want to get away from it all without going too far, there is a nice little town called Wyandotte in Wayne county, just 45 minutes away from Ann Arbor.

Origins of the legendary actor Lucille Ball from I Love Lucy, Wyandotte has a unique down-to-earth hometown feel without being too far out of the way.

There is a beautiful lake shoreline that runs for miles on end. There are coffee shops, mom-and-pop stores, parks, a skating rink… everything you’d want in a nice small town.
