West Grand Traverse Bay

Back a few years ago I took a trip with my family to Traverse City, Michigan where we stayed at a beautiful resort called the "Bayshore Resort".

The Bayshore is a Victorian Style hotel located on the sandy beach of "West Grand Traverse Bay".

We did not make any definite plans of exactly where we were gonna go while on this trip, which made it even better.

We explored Downtown Traverse City which has a ton of quaint shops and great dining. We also took a ride to the nearby casinos. The best part of our trip had to have been our hotel. The service was incredible, and our view from our room spectacular.

We had a waterfront view with a balcony, so every morning we would enjoy our breakfast and the morning paper out on the balcony with a view of the water. Just gorgeous! The hotel offers a pool & whirlpool also which we spent quite abit of time at.

I would recommend this hotel & the Traverse City area in general as a great place to go to unwind from the hustle and bustle of every day life, and just enjoy the peaceful surroundings this town has to offer!
