Norway Mountain, Close and Convenient

Visitor Ski Resort Review: I am from Appleton, Wis. and Norway Mountain is the closest Upper Michigan ski hill (about 2 hours).

I love going there because, well, obviously it's close. But they are also really customer focused. I once went there, and the wind was pretty bad. They let me try out a few runs, and said if I wasn't having fun that they would give me a voucher to come back another day. Well, I was having a great time, so I didn't take them up on the offer. But how cool!

I consider myself a good skier, but many of my friends are not. I think Norway Mountain has a variety of trails, and has some pretty good deals, so I think that makes it one of the best places for groups of people with different skill levels.

As with many of the other hills and resorts, Norway Mountain is on-board with Facebook, and does it right. I'm in my mid-20's, and I love this too. It's a great place to check for specials, or current weather. Seems like I'm not the only one that finds it useful (something like 750+ fans I think).
