Holiday Camping Resort, New Era

Visitor Favorite Michigan Campground: Holiday Camping Resort, New Era is half way between Muskegon and Ludington about 3 1/2 miles from Lake Michigan.

It is a nice quiet family campground. The bathrooms and pool are VERY clean. From just electric to full hook-up pull-thrus. Staff is very friendly too. Close to all the crazy fun in Silver Lake, but not in the middle of it.

This campground is nice and clean. The staff is friendly.

There is a nice pool, but it gets really busy on really hot days so you might want to drive into Silver Lake to go to the beach on those days.

The only thing I did not like is that they charge $5 for each extra kid (over 2) per night so if you let each child bring a friend along it can be an expensive camping trip!
