If you want to see a statue that was created by Michigan craftsman Edward Chesney to honor Michigan firefighters, visit the Firemen Memorial near Roscommon.

Kids think this 12 foot high bronze statue is very cool (especially the boys!)

There are picnic and play areas so it makes a nice day trip.
